Thank you for shopping at MaChain. We strive to deliver high-quality products and an excellent shopping experience. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Return Conditions

Timeframe: Items can be returned within 14 days of receipt.
Condition: Items must be unused, in original condition, and include all original packaging and tags.

2. Return Process

1. Access our return portal at machain.returnista.com (or scan the QR code on your order confirmation).
2. Log in with your email and order number.
3. Select the items to return and provide the reason.
4. If you need a different size, request an exchange directly in the portal — we’ll ship the new size free of charge.
5. Choose a shipping option, print the return label, or select a drop-off point.
6. Pack items securely in the original packaging and deliver to the indicated location.
7. Track your return in the portal.

3. Refunds

Once we receive your return, it will be inspected within 5 business days. Approved refunds are issued within 14 days to the original payment method.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Contact support@machainstore.com within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos of the product and packaging so we can resolve quickly.

5. Alternative Selling Option

You may consider reselling on platforms such as Vinted or Depop as a faster alternative to returning.

6. Warranty

All MaChain products come with a 2-year legal warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal use.
